Default Concept Class: The Seer

Name: The Seer
Lore: In this great time of destruction people have gotten closer to the gods. The line that seperates life from dead has grown very thin indeed. Some of these have gotten the ability to predict the future.
Description: The Seer looks into the future and predicts what will happen to both his allies and his enemies. By placing omens, powerfull effects that last until they are fullfilled, on them. He blesses his allies with good luck and curses his enemies with bad luck.
Gameplay: The Seer is a class that deals in both buffing and debuffing. He hardly does any direct damage or healing but through his powerfull omens he is a great aspect to any party. Just like real fortune telling the omens are self-fullfilling prophecies. They last until they are fullfilled.
Attributes:
- Hand Reading, primary attribute. Every 5 points in Hand Reading increases the number of times an omen has to be fullfilled before it ends. Various skills that take effect after using an omen are in this line of attributes.
- Good Luck ( another name :P ). Good Luck affects many skills that are linked to positive omens. These heal and enhance your allies.
- Bad Luck ( another name :P ). Bad Luck affects many skills tha are linked to negative omens. These curse and damage your foes.
- Scrying. Scrying affects many skills that give you knowledge about your foes and allies. These skills do not affect your target directly but instead give you advantages when dealing with that target because of your knowledge. Only 1 scrying skill can be active at a time.

Examplary Skills:
- Seer's Boon, every time you use an omen you are healed for 5...50...75 ( Attribute: Hand Reading )
- Omen of Fortune, the next time target ally would receive a fatal blow that blow is ignored and the one who struck that blow is knocked down for 1...3...4 seconds
- Omen of Failure, the next time target enemy uses a skill that skill fails and is disabled for 1...5...6 seconds.
- See Weakness, You see target enemies weakness. You have an additional 5%...15%...20% change to critically hit that enemy while this skill is active ( Attribute: Scrying )
- Uncertain Future, Remove all omens from your target ( Both enemy and ally ). ( Attribute: None )

So what do you think?

btw. Scrying is seeing things from a large distance through for example a glass orb, pool of water or whatever right?
